Insurance
We are a provider for all local private insurance plans, workers compensation, TriCare, Central California Alliance for Health and much more. Contact Us today as we are always adding new insurance plans.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will verify coverage prior to any treatment. Benefits are not always 100% guaranteed by the insurance company and any portion that the insurance does not cover is ultimately the patient’s responsibility. It is always a good idea for you to check your medical insurance to verify that physical therapy is covered under your particular plan.
Statements
To keep you informed of all charges and payments, we provide monthly statements. Please keep us updated with any changes of address, email or insurance information.
We are always ready and willing to assist you with any questions regarding insurance billing, please feel free to contact our Billing Office: 209-726-9000 or info@bryantospt.com.
Cash Pay Discounts
If you do not have healthcare insurance and are not involved in an auto settlement case, BOSPT will offer a cash discount off of the billed fees. The initial visit would be approximately $185 and subsequent visits would be approximately $85/visit. This discount reflects the reduced administrative costs of managing your account without having to bill insurance. The patient would be expected to issue payment at the time of service.
